Robert Prenton Jones

I’ve been taking photos since the days of film, but mainly as a record of holidays and children growing up. Although I’d always been drawn towards the more creative side of photography, it was only when I joined a camera club in 2011 that I really appreciated what a truly fascinating hobby this could be. Like Sharon, I think I became a little bit obsessed from that moment onwards. Once I started exploring Photoshop in detail, a whole world of creativity opened up for me and I slowly started entering photographic exhibitions and salons. Since then I have achieved BPE 5* (British Photographic Exhibitions) and EFIAP Platinum with the Federation Internationale De L’Art Photographique, AWPF (Associate of the Welsh Photographic Association), LRPS (Licentiate of The Royal Photographic Society) and GPU-VIP2 (Global Photographic Union). Echoing Sharon, photography has given me many friends, great fun, and an outlet for my creativity.
